How can I upgrade my account?
Login to your SellerApp dashboard. Go to Profile and click on Billing. Now, select Upgrade. Choose from the list of pricing plans to renew. You can either get the billing done monthly or annually.

How is the pricing for agencies calculated?
Agencies are charged at a starting sum of $300 in addition to a percentage of your Amazon ad spend (ranging between 0.5% - 2.5%).
Is there a minimum mandatory duration for which agencies have to subscribe to SellerApp?
No, our clients are free to subscribe to our services for any duration as per their discretion. However, we believe that it takes a minimum of 3 months for the changes we implement to gather momentum and bring about results, but we do not impose any minimum duration. You can subscribe for 1 month to test the waters and then easily extend it to 3 months, 6 months, or a year and have it renewed automatically as per your choice.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel the subscription, head over to the Billing Page of your SellerApp profile, and initiate the subscription cancellation. You can also contact our account and billing team via chat on our website (sellerapp.com), or drop us an email at sales@sellerapp.com.
Will I get a refund after cancellation?
We’d be sorry to see you go. If you are not satisfied with our services, we’d be happy to refund you. Drop us an email at support@sellerapp.com and our account management team will raise a ticket on your behalf. Considering the digital nature of the service, SellerApp will validate your account usage and will initiate the refund process within 4-5 hours on a business day. All refunds are processed via the stripe platform. Your refund will be credited approximately within 5-10 days depending upon your bank.
